Elizabeth Eddins

Elizabeth has served as Executive Director of Visit The Woodlands for five years. She works to identify new opportunities for Visit The Woodlands in addition to assisting with the development of programs and leading daily operations. She implements action plans to encourage visitors, both individual and groups, to visit The Woodlands and utilize its accommodations, restaurants, retail shopping, attractions, and convention facilities. She is leading The Woodlands’ international marketing efforts in Mexico and the U.K.

Elizabeth currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Travel Alliance, serving as Education Chair for the 2022 Unity Dinner and Travel Summit. She has served on the Texas Association of Convention and Visitor Bureau (TACVB), as well as being a past board member for the Texas Forest Trail Region. In 2014, Eddins was presented the Rising Star Award by the Texas Travel Industry Association (TTIA). The Rising Star Award is presented to a young professional in the Texas travel & tourism industry who is recognized for their accomplishments, demonstrated leadership, and commitment to the industry and TTIA. As Rising Star, she held an honorary position on the TTIA board and served as the Young Professional Committee chairman.
