This month, you will find plenty of things to do, both indoors and out. Be costume ready and have spooky good time in The Woodlands this October!

THE HAUNTING AT BEAR BRANCH
Friday and Saturdays, October 11-26 | 8 to 10 p.m.
Bear Branch Park | 5200 Research Forest Drive

Take a walk through the Hollywood Horror trail! Follow your guide as you are led through to face your horror movie fears. Tickets are $9 per person and the trail is recommended for ages 9 and up. Ticket sales end at 9:30.

ROCK THE ROW
Thursdays, October 11 – November 15 | 7 to 9 p.m.
Hughes Landing | 1950 Hughes Landing Blvd

Located at the Hughes Landing bandstand, and right behind Restaurant Row, this weekly concert series begins on Thursday, October 10 and continues through November 14. Grab a bite before the show and enjoy Happy Hour. The patios of Escalante’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Local Pour, The Blue Fish and Del Frisco’s Grille all face the stage, so you can enjoy dinner and not miss a beat. If you plan on coming from Waterway Square or other Town Center areas, you can hop on a trolley and not have to worry about parking.

MEMORIAL HERMANN 10 FOR TEXAS
Saturday, October 12 | 7 to 11:30 a.m.
Northshore Park | 2505 Lake Robbins Drive

No need to be scared, this race is for all ages and skill types to join! Runners can sign up for the One 4 Texas Kids’ Fun Run, 3.1 Armadillo Run (5K) or the events namesake, the 10 for Texas (10-mile race). There are also two wheelchair divisions for the 10-mile race, assisted and unassisted. Did we mention the best part? After the race, participants can enjoy a post-race party complete with food, drinks and live music!

HOCUS POCUS POPS WITH THE HOUSTON SYMPHONY
Friday, October 18 | 7:30 p.m. | Gates open at 6 p.m.
The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion | 2005 Lake Robbins Drive

Everyone is gravely encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costume for a chance to walk on stage during the concert. The first 100 boys and “ghouls” to check in at Hocus Pocus Central in the North Plaza, fully costumed, get the chance to march in the Goblin Parade. If you dare, hop onto the Great Pumpkin Express and carve out some great (or gruesome) memories on The Pavilion’s haunted grounds. Train rides begin at 5:30 p.m. in The Pavilion’s Gold Lot. Beware…Missing out on this fun night would be a grave mistake! Lawn and Mezzanine seating is free with reserved seating being only $20 each.

PUMPKIN PATCH AT MARKET STREET
Saturday, October 26 | 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Market Street | 9595 Six Pines Drive

Celebrate fall at Market Street Central Park! Stop by and take an Insta-worthy photo for the season! Pick a pumpkin for a cause… Choose your favorite pumpkin from the patch and take it home with you to decorate. Pumpkins are available for a small donation ($5), proceeds will go to Interfaith of The Woodlands, a non-profit social service agency providing numerous programs and services to meet the needs of The Woodlands and surrounding areas.

HALLOWEEN PARTY
Thursday, October 31 | 8 p.m. to Midnight
Como Social Club | 2 Waterway Square Place

Pick your poison at Como Social Club’s Halloween Party! Wear your favorite costume, participants who dress up may win a $50 gift certificate for Sorriso or Como Social Club. Purchase advance tickets here, which include a free cocktail! This event is for adults, ages 21 and up.
