Bruce Rieser is the founder and president of SKR Consulting LLc. The firm provides tactical, operational and real estate advice to airline and airport clients. He is currently consulting on the International Terminal Improvement Program (ITRP) at Bush Intercontinental Airport. Before launching SKR, Bruce was employed in a variety of operational, sales and real estate roles at British Airways (BA). He retired in 2010 as Director Properties, the Americas where he was responsible for managing all of BA’s real estate assets and airport relationships in the Western Hemisphere.
Bruce and his wife Sarah have been married for thirty-one years and have been homeowners in The Woodlands since 1989. Their daughter Katelin works and resides in Houston. The Rieser family are members at Woods Edge Community Church.

John Anthony Brown has been a resident of The Woodlands since 2010. He has a stepson and a daughter with his wife Bonnie. He is a licensed realtor and has been so for more than eight years, with previous licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Brown currently serves as the facilities supervisor for Huntsman International at its corporate headquarters in The Woodlands. He graduated with honors from The Art Institute of Philadelphia while obtaining an Associates Degree of Science in Web Development and will soon graduate from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Fred Domenick Secretary/Treasurer

Fred Domenick, General Manager of The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, has been with Marriott International for 33 years and has worked an including seven years in Marriott’s Franchise Division. Fred was raised in a family restaurant and tavern business in suburban Philadelphia, before attending Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science Degree in Hotel Management.
Fred began his hotel career at Providence Marriott, as Banquet Houseman; moving up through Banquets, then as Assistant Lounge Manager for their Night Club. When Fred graduated from college, he was Beverage Manager. He worked in Somerset, New Jersey and also Galveston, Texas, where he worked at the Marriott Hotel, now known as the Galvez Hotel. He transferred to the St. Louis Pavilion Marriott and took a position of Director of Restaurants, then moved to the St. Louis Airport Marriott as Director of Food and Beverage. In 1996 Fred transferred to the South Bend Marriott Hotel, in Indiana, as a Director of Operations. In 1999 he became Director of Operations at Marriott’s Lincolnshire Resort in Chicago. In 2001 he returned to South Bend Marriott in Indiana, as General Manager. Fred joined The Woodlands team as General Manager on May 1, 2006. In 2002, Fred received the Marriott International Mustang Leadership Award, and in 2005, received the Central Region General Manager Leadership Excellence Award. In 2008 he received the General Manager of the Year Award from Marriott International. In 2013 Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel received 2013 Hotel of Americas Award. Fred serves as a Director on the Board of the Hotel & Lodging Association of Greater Houston and the State Texas Hotel & Lodging Association; and serves on the Board of The Woodlands Convention & Visitors Bureau. From 2012 to 2015, Fred was on the Marriott General Manager Advisory Council.
Fred was a part time Fire Fighter and Lieutenant for nine years with fire departments in Indiana and Chicago. Fred is also a Rotarian who enjoys Notre Dame football and all other sports.
Fred has been married to his wife Astrid for 28 years and has a 23 year old son, Fred IV who is a Junior Engineering Student at Texas A&M University, and a 17 year old daughter, Stephanie. They reside in Conroe, Texas.
Brian Boniface Director
The Woodlands Township
Brian Boniface has been a resident of The Woodlands since 2005. He and his wife Nicole have two daughters, both of whom attend Colin Powell Elementary School.
Mr. Boniface retired from the National Guard after six years of service in 2015 as an S-3 Operations Officer for the Battalion. He is currently an IMU nurse at Kingwood Medical Center and the Montgomery County Mental Health Treatment Facility.
Mr. Boniface graduated from Worcester State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and went back to school in 2012 to complete an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Lone Star College-Montgomery.

A new era began at The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce on September 1, 2015. Following an extended nationwide search, the Board of Directors unanimously chose John H. (JJ) Hollie II as the new President and CEO.
JJ was born in Dallas, Texas and was raised by a military family. He earned a Political Science degree in 1991 from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. After an internship in Washington D.C., he served as staff assistant to Congressman Charlie Wilson in the District Office in Lufkin, Texas from 1991 to 1996. In 1998, JJ began his career with Consolidated Communications in Business Sales. He and his family moved to Montgomery County in 2007 and to The Woodlands this past summer. He has been an active role model in the community and plans to continue sharing his success with others.
Formed in 1978, The Chamber represents over 2,000 member companies and is frequently ranked as the #2 Chamber in the Houston region in Houston Business Journal’s Book of Lists.
Don Norrell Director
President & General Manager
The Woodlands Township
Mr. Norrell is President/General Manager of The Woodlands Township, a master-planned community of approximately 100,000 residents and 2,000 businesses located 30 miles north of downtown Houston, Texas.
Mr. Norrell oversees all departments within The Woodlands Township Administration, Community Relations, Covenant Administration, Economic Development, Environmental Services, Finance, Fire Department, Human Resources, Neighborhood Services, Parks and Recreation, and Public Safety – Law Enforcement. Responsibilities include the operating and capital improvements budgets as well as the implementation of strategic plans, goals, and objectives to meet the public service needs of residents and businesses in The Woodlands Township.
Mr. Norrell has been responsible for coordinating, directing and managing all activities related to the consolidation of services of the former Community Associations of The Woodlands with The Woodlands Township. This historic Transition was made possible after The Woodlands reached Regional Participation Agreements with the cities of Houston and Conroe in 2007 allowing The Woodlands to determine its own future governance. Mr. Norrell led the Transition between The Woodlands Township and the Community Associations of The Woodlands which took effect on January 1, 2010.
Mr. Norrell has more than 30 years of public service and administration in city management and finance for the cities of Irving, Texas, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin, where he was City Manager for 14 years. Prior to his position as President of The Woodlands Township, Mr. Norrell served as President of The Woodlands Community Service Corporation for three years where he was responsible for day-to-day operations of The Woodlands Community Association (WCA), The Woodlands Association (TWA) and The Woodlands Commercial Owners Association (WCOA).
He is a native Texan, a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East Texas State University. He and his wife Vicki live in Village of Grogan’s Mill in The Woodlands and have three grown children.
Greg Parsons Director

Greg Parsons serves as Vice President of Hospitality for the Howard Hughes Corporation where he oversees all aspects of the corporation’s hospitality portfolio, including The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center, Embassy Suites – Hughes Landing, The Westin at Waterway Square, Carlton Woods Country Club and the Landing Café. He is also responsible for leading the development activities of several multi-million dollar projects currently in progress including The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center’s $75 million expansion.
Mr. Parsons is a highly respected hospitality professional with over 33 years of experience in the industry and proven track record of success in managing upscale properties. His strategic leadership expertise ensures the effective and efficient operation of all properties and developments. Prior to joining The Development Company Mr. Parsons worked for Benchmark Hospitality in the capacity of Vice President and as Senior Vice President of Operations. In these roles, Mr. Parsons was regionally responsible for multiple hotels including resorts, hotels, clubs and spas throughout the U.S. In these roles Mr. Parsons opened newly constructed hotels and resorts and transitioned existing hotels into the Benchmark portfolio. Throughout his career, Mr. Parsons has held general manager positions at multiple properties, during which he opened a golf resort and transitioned properties. Parsons holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Ferris State University in Michigan.
